The problem is not with the CB. Its with the GL. CB Batch posted fine. It's the GL batch that didn't create the error batch for us to correct the one entry

A client of ours captured a CB batch with 17 entries and posted the batch successfully. Posted the cashbook batch and an AR receipt batch automatically is created in AR being 20028 and this batch automatically posts being posting sequence 16560 and a batch is then created in general ledger. I have no idea what happened but the batch from AR receipts for posting sequence 16560 did not come...

I removed and then re run the workstation set up, it did not help. I still got the same error.

When running FR reports I receive the following error: Microsoft Visual Basic Run-Time Error' - 2147024703 (800700c1)': Automation Error %1 is not a valid WIN32 application When I try and print any other report with in accpac I get the same error.

Good day We are upgrading a client of ours from 5.3 to 5.5 and we receive the following error when activating GL “Damaged data. Field HASDTLREC already exists in GLGSUSR . General ledger data cannot be converted” can anyone help?

A Cb batch was posted successfully in the CB batch list but when the batch got to the GL it deteled itself with the description 'CB batch deleted at transfer' Does anyone know why this would happen?
