I believe that would be possible. A customized report should be able to get such info out of the tables. I'd suggest talking to an Accpac consultant regarding your specific business needs and see if you can get a demo setup for it.

There is a Taxes tab under Employees profile in Canadian Payroll, just leave this tab empty would prevent the program from calculating tax. This is exactly the same in US or Canadian Payroll.

I'd suggest contacting Accpac Support team regarding this issue. There might be some records of similar issue, and there are some pretty experienced techs in the team. Generally speaking, this kind of performance drop is not normal.
