Not sure how many users you have for Accpac, or what other programs you have running on the Accpac server, but our clients often have Accpac dedicated servers starting with 8 GB of Ram.

Development is currently looking into the cause of this issue at this moment.

Good point. It looks like we have to update our documentations. F1 Help does talk about it though. I find that that is a more reliable source of information.
