Jay started using Accpac Plus in 1989 at a little mom-and-pop company called Mobil Oil Corporation, and 20 years later is still installing, using, and customizing it. He's seen Accpac through DOS to Windows, Netware to Microsoft, and Computer Associates to Sage. For the last 10 years he has been the IT Director at Systemlink, North America, Inc.
