    CRM Integration Error with Sage ERP version 5.4

     We are using Sage CRM version 6.2 with the 6.2c patch applied, and Sage Accpac ERP 5.4 with the latest SP's installed.

    CRM hangs whenever we try to update a CRM record that has a corresponding Accpac account. Changes to CRM Company or Person records that are not tied to Accpac can be modified successfully.

    We can import changes successfully to the CRM records that have a linked Accpac record.

    Has it always hung up, or did it used to work and then stop?

    Have you tried looking at the SQL Profiler for a blocked process?
