Not sure who has crossed this path but I'm looking for more information on Sage Accpac EES with Crystal Reporting. 

Senario would be CRM users having the capability to run ERP crystal reports via SageCRM Reports >Crystal.  Would they require a crystal licence to run the report or just for design purposes?

Understanding some of the ERP reports need parameters defined each time the report is run, is there a way to set up the parameters in the CRM Crystal Report?

You can run regular crystal reports from within SageCRM report area or by calling the report from an ASP page and passing the parameters in the report link, you will need to install and use Crystal report designer 10 and crystal report enterprise 10 with the latest service pack for each.

calling ACCPAC reports is a different story, as you said ACCPAC reports always expects parameters in the hidden mode such as company name, user name, password, language, etc... If you have good experience in ACCPAC reports you can rebuild/simulate these reports on crystal and exclude the unneeded parameters or adding these parameters in the report link when calling it from CRM.
