i have 2 computers to use accpac erp version 5.30 as share data.

Computer A is a server, it installed SM, GL, AR,AP,IC,OE and lan-pak. recently, the computer B needs to format and deleted everything. as a network and 2 computer share data, i have questions:

1. computer B needs to install sm, gl, ar.ap,ic oe and lan-pak?

2. if computer B doesn't need install above modules how about computer B needs to install lan-pak?

All you need is a share on A, then when B is refreshed, run ..\WSSETUP\Setup.EXE to point B over to A.

 How about database pervasive and crystal reports on computer B?

all of them uninstall too?

Yes, you'll need to reinstall Pervasive Workgroup.  But you won't need Crystal unless you plan to edit reports on B.
