We are using optional field VEHICLE defined as text with length of 6 using validate option. This field is tagged to AP Invoicing and Purchase Orders and we have transactions against optional field values. Now we have a requirement to increase the size of optional field to 7. is there any ways by which we can change the values in the optional field and transacations accordingly?
