I Passed FMS(Financial Management suite) and OMS(Operational management suite )but my status hasnt changed in my account in sage university . our sage local office concerened person is out of station. Will you tell me when i can get my certificatation and when i account will be update?

No use from sage customer care. they simply said ask your sage local office ,I asked to my sage local office the said we will update you soon like that in past 1 month i've been waiting for their reponse. Are they send the certificate directly ? or are they give only Sage consultant ID?
Sorry but I am not completely sure how what the process is to update your info. Please try sending an email to Customer Support with your information: aisupport1.accpac@sage.com, I am pretty sure the email will be forwarded to the correct personnel.
Well, I contacted the customer care. OMS International Exam hasnt handle by Sage unversity its handle by Sage local office that why my account hasnt update in my sage university. i had enquiry in my sage local office but i didnt get any reply on this issue. i dont know guys when i am going to get my certification if you any idea please share with me. past 3 months back i passed the exam.
