Project and Job Costing Hot Fix Alert- KB 26773

If you or your clients are using PJC 5.5A with PU2, we strongly recommend that you apply Hot Fix 26773 to prevent possible data corruption.

The reason for this warning message is that a data corruption issue may exist if the following message is received during a data integrity check:

- Calculated Actual Extended Cost in Categories does not match Total Actual Extended Cost in the Phases Table.

- Calculated Actual Total Cost in Categories does not match Total Actual Total Cost in the Phases table.

If the hot fix is applied after the data corruption has already occurred please contact Customer Support for further information.

 I have these errors in my data intregrity log for older jobs.  We are running Project and Job Costing 5.4A.  These errors have been showing up for almost two years now.  Should I contact Customer Support and clear them up?
