I have an error when importing items in ACCPAC 5.3A with IC Service Pack 3.

What database and collation order?  That's a strange error, and it looks like you have case sensitive import records.

I use MSSQL, what collation order i must use to prevent the error ? case sensitive or case insensitive ?

my MSSQL collation order is SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
but still the same error

OK, it's not a collation problem.  But for some strange reason, the record 90101331101100/DUS already exists in ICUNIT, so you need to delete it first.
