I have several sales people using ACT and wondering if there is any way of integrating ACT with ACCPAC?

Yes, but first you convert Act to CRM.

Well there is a financial part of the story and company is trying to keep ACT and integrate somehow with ACCPAC without spending substantial amount.

My question is it possible to integrate ACT and what version of ACT has that option? I know that CRM is better solution but….

I doubt it.  In 20 years of using Accpac, the only Act integration I've seen was exporting the customer list from Act and importing into Accpac.  Which was not truly integration, it was a one-time setup.
