We are on Accpac V5.4 - when I ran the Sales Statistics Report in the order entry module for this period it reported the no. of orders as 0.00 which is incorrect.  I ran an integrity check with the fix minor errors selected (this has fixed the problem in the past) on the module and it showed no errors and did not fix the problem.  Any ideas as to what can be causing this? 

Go to O/E Setup and make sure the Keep Sales Statistics box is checked.

Data integrity won't fix something like this.  I strongly suspect what happened is that somebody went to O/E Periodic Processing/Clear History, and cleared the statistics.

nobody has access to that field

just the administrator - we do not work on the system signed in as administrator
